*Non Refundable pet fee of $100 per dog. (Pet fee is due 7 days before check in. Failure to pay deposit will result in cancellation of stay)
*Any undisclosed pets or excessive damage to the property that are found on the property will result in a $500 fine minimum
*Excessive damage includes but is not limited to: damage to furniture, excessive scratching on walls/doors, etc)
*Dogs are only allowed on furniture in the living room with pet blanket (absolutely no dogs allowed on any of the beds)
*Owners must pick up after your pets inside and outside of the property (failure to do this could lead to additional fees)
*Pets must be put in kennel whenever owners leave the property
*Please be aware we request submitted proof of professional flea treatment prior to check-in or within 72 hours of check-in for last minute booking

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
